My Birthday

Today was a very special birthday for me, one of the tens, a big one! But what made it special was all the wonderful friends and family, far and near, who called, sang, sent me delightful emails, text messages, cards and lovely gifts. I was thinking at the end of the day as I was leaving work with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my husband and friends in California and having rec’d another wonderful birthday serenade from Sam, how truly wonderful this birthday had been. Quiet, normal, but so very special. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this birthday so wonderful.
